  • All spraying parameters except spraying air pressure (option) are controlled and stored within the electronic control system
  • Stepwise or zigzag painting, even coat or wedge coat

Options:

  • Configuration for chosen spray gun with separate manual pressure regulator
  • recommended: Spraying air regulation by automatic pressure regulation valves (air pressures will be stored within painting program)
  • One or two material conveying units with 3 or 6 ccm metering pumps (30 – 450ml/min or 60 – 900 ml/min); flow rate steplessly adjustable (stored within painting program)
  • Programmable pressure air supported quick cleaning system for paint lines for one or two different cleaning liquids (generally conventional and water based) (only with option material conveying unit)
  • Modification of dimensions (for larger test panels or smaller spray booths)
  • Test panel support with suction pads for e. g. aluminum or plastic test panels
